Ten St. Clair County Companies Awarded over $300,000 in Going PRO Employee Training Funds

The Economic Development Alliance (EDA) of St. Clair County is pleased to announce that ten St. Clair County companies have been awarded Going PRO employee training funds totaling $317,091.50.  The Going PRO Talent Fund makes awards to employers to assist in training, developing and retaining current and newly hired trainees.

“Employees are the most valuable asset of any company. Making sure that they have the latest training is just as important as having the best equipment. Successful companies are those that are investing in keeping their employees’ skillsets up-to-date,” said Bruce Seymore, Vice President of Business Services at the Economic Development Alliance of St. Clair County. “The EDA congratulates these ten St. Clair County businesses on receiving the Going PRO award that off-sets their investments in the future of their workers and their business.”
