2024 St. Clair County Wage & Benefit Survey

The purpose of the 2024 Wage and Benefit Survey survey is to provide St. Clair County companies, human resource professionals, and local officials a clear understanding of the compensation and benefit structure within our county.  Knowing how your company stacks up to the competition has never been more important.  Companies are raising wages, offering incentives, and altering their benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
