Suburban Bolt and Supply Winner of the Michigan 2018 Top Workplaces Award

Suburban Bolt and Supply Company has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Detroit Free Press. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

"The most important skill we love is for people to be good people, "Peterson said.  "One of the things we try to stress is the golden rule.  If everyone treats others the way they want to be treated, everything is better.  Most of the people who work for us don't have a two-or four-year degree.  We do a lot of training on-site.  We're very proud of our in-house training program."
