IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A WELD DESTERUCT/QUALITY INSPECTION TECHINICAN
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Read weld roadmaps to check weld presence and number welds for weld destruct.
- Ability to cut parts up and weld destruct assemblies with air impact chisels. (Highly labor intensive at times)
- Measure spot weld nugget sizes with calipers and record results on excel spreadsheets.
- Clock in and out of jobs in plex. Pull inspection documents for daily work activities.
- Conduct part inspections using 3mm clear check fixtures.
- Conduct containment inspection when those activities present themselves.
- Take and prioritize daily directions from team members and leaders.
