Administrative Assistant
Contractual Part Time, 20 hours Monday - Friday
Pay: Up to $20 per hour (no benefits)
Responsibilities (not inclusive):
- Answering phones
- Data entry utilizing multiple programs and/or databases
- Scheduling & travel coordination for CEO
- Coordination of board/committee administration
- Drafting, proofing, and sending communications
- Assist staff with clerical work and minor administrative support
- Preparation/support of accounting needs
- Support for events
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone skills
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; some college desired
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to keep sensitive and confidential information inside of the office
- Ability to work independently under the supervision of EDA CEO
- Ability to multi-task
- Well organized
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
