Responsibilities

- Lead and develop team members through effective training and mentorship.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting to maximize financial performance.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve departmental goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing for products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth within the department.
- Assist other department heads and report to General Manager and Owner regarding department goals, milestones and financial budget.
