SUMMARY:
This position directs and coordinates all activities and related functions pertaining to the day-to-day operations of the paint plant. QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION AND/OR
EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree and/or 5 to 7 years related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates who are working toward their degree will also be considered, provided the intent for finishing is present.
15 years automotive experience in manufacturing of plastic exterior products. Minimum of 10 years' experience with painting of such components. 1-3 years of supervision experience preferred. Automotive Tier I or II experience desirable. Candidates possessing less experience with a strong education, leadership and drive for results will also be considered.
