Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on stamping presses and related equipment to ensure optimal production, quality, and safety. Key responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues with presses and dies, executing routine and scheduled maintenance, maintaining detailed maintenance logs, and coordinating with operators to quickly resolve breakdowns. Essential skills include mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, experience with progressive/transfer dies and PLCs, proficiency with hydraulics and pneumatics, and understanding lockout/tagout procedures minimum 5 years experience.
