IT Operations Analyst

Our IT Operations Analyst will support the daily technology operations of our electrical and industrial distribution business. The ideal candidate plays a key role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of IT systems across our enterprise, supporting critical infrastructure, and assisting with continuous improvements in IT service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and availability of enterprise IT systems including servers, networks, and business applications.
- Provide Level 2 support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across warehouse, distribution, and office environments.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory and key enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, CRM).
- Assist with the administration of business-critical platforms including ERP, inventory management systems, and order processing tools.
- Collaborate with the IT team to support system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Document processes, configurations, known issues, and resolutions to support internal knowledge sharing and training.
- Analyze system logs and performance data to proactively identify areas for operational improvement.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for system support, hardware procurement, and warranty services.
- Assist in maintaining cybersecurity best practices including user training, patch management, and access control reviews.
- Support technology needs during physical inventory counts, warehouse operations, and supply chain events.
- Participate in IT on-call rotation and respond to incidents outside normal business hours as needed.
