TI Fluid Systems is a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered fluid storage, carrying, and delivery systems. We provide high quality, performance-critical components, systems, and services primarily for light vehicles.
We are actively seeking a full time Human Resources Generalist for our Marysville, Michigan location. This facility is part of our Fluid Carrying Systems (“FCS”) Division and manufactures brake and fuel carrying assemblies. Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Manager the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the maintaining regular, follow-up, and confidential files and data. Defines and implements administrative processes within functional unit.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience in Human Resources required.
- 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources.
- Broad technical knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding human resources with excellent human relations and people sensitive skills.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Uses computer-based applications to performs report preparation, data collection, calculations and routine analysis.
- Possesses well developed grammatical and transcription skills.
- Collects and organizes data needed by supervisors for reports, analysis presentation and/or action.
- Receives and screens telephone calls, faxes, mail, visitors, publications and correspondence to determine which requires supervisor/manager’s attention.
- Composes letters and memos from general instructions and broad knowledge of organization, it operations and policies.
- Signs letters and commits supervisor within range of granted action authority.
- Proficient computer skills and abilities with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
