Experience:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or similar environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with clerical tasks such as payroll management and record keeping
- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks effectively
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
