Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience

• A high school degree or equivalent

• State approved driver's license is required

• Knowledge of janitorial equipment and maintenance procedures

• Basic understanding of blueprints and the operation of electrical, mechanical, heating, cooling and plumbing equipment

• Good mechanical and problem-solving abilities
