Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Escrow Officer, located in Port Huron, MI. The Escrow Officer will oversee the entire escrow process from opening to closing, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all transactions. They will serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction, providing updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

The Escrow Officer will prepare and review all escrow documents including closing statements, title commitments, and settlement statements.

They will also assist with notarizing documents and providing exceptional customer service. The officer will ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met during the escrow process.

Qualifications

  • 3 years Experience minimum in managing Closings and Escrow tasks
  • Notary skills
  • Proficiency in Residential Real Estate transactions
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Strong understanding of technology, including Wire Transfers, Dropbox & Adobe.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in the title and escrow industry is mandatory
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in escrow or notary services are advantageous
