Economic Development Alliance of St. Clair (EDA)) to Celebrate Eastern Michigan Small Business Network St. Clair 2024 Cohort Graduates
September 19, 2025
Port Huron, MI – September 8th, 2025 – The Eastern Michigan Small Business Network (EM-SBN) is proud to announce it will celebrate the graduates of its 2024 cohort during the upcoming Economic Development Alliance (EDA) Annual Meeting. The event is being held on August 13th, with networking beginning at 4:30 PM and the program promptly starting at 5.00 PM.
Members of the community, local business leaders, and aspiring entrepreneurs are invited to join the EDA, Michigan Economic Development Corporation, EM-SBN, and the Michigan Small Business Development Center in recognizing the hard work and achievements of these dedicated graduates. This meeting will provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about the vital resources and initiatives offered by the EDA’s Small Business Support Hub and SmartZone programs.
The EM-SBN is a partnership of entrepreneurial ecosystem partners covering six counties, which was established by EDA in 2024. It provides a one-stop shop of Hub resources, including incubators and co-working facilities, and training programs to support entrepreneurs in the counties of Huron, Lapeer, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, and Tuscola Counties.
“The Hub program uncovered an amazing array of startup companies in the region sorely in need of support,” said Dan Casey, CEO of the Economic Development Alliance. “Our first cohort of St. Clair County-based companies has put in the work and is fast-tracked for success, and we’re thrilled to recognize their achievements at the EDA Annual Meeting.”
The St. Clair County graduates of the 2024 Cohort are Dots Candy Bar, Kinley Auto Parts, MI Rush Powersports, Nannies to the Rescue, P39 Outdoors LLC, Qure Nutrition Management LLC, Resilience Counselling and Play Therapy LLC, Setarri’s LLC, Sophisticatz Karaoke, and Trev’s Mobile Bike Shed.
Attendees will have the chance to network with fellow business professionals and gain insights into the programs designed to empower small businesses.
