Description:
- Assure all drivers are task
- Meet with the lead mechanic on truck issues, repair status, and any A.M. breakdowns
- Report all call-offs, sick, scheduled time off
- Approve vacation requests/scheduled time off
- Find Dirt dumps & visit jobs/customers
- Follow up on customer requests
- Assist with planning board
- Coach & write up employees as needed
