Wage: $29.50 - $33.50 per hour

The Village of Capac is actively seeking a highly qualified candidate to lead the crucial Department of Public Works. Reporting directly to the Village Manager, the DPW Supervisor will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, supervising, and overseeing all aspects of the Public Works Department. This includes water distribution, sewer collection, parks, streets, events, storm drainage, and fleet and building maintenance. The supervisor will also be responsible for the general supervision of all public works employees. A State of Michigan license, either S-3, D-3, or L-1, is required, with the remaining licenses expected to be obtained. A Michigan CDL is also a requirement.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in management with a solid, proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and utility management knowledge.
