Salary $86,000-$109,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Managing workflow to ensure client work is received, assigned, and completed timely with minimum staff downtime.
  • Overseeing information technology by working with our 3rd party contractor to ensure software and hardware updates and renewals are performed. Assist with troubleshooting software and computer issues.
  • Preparation of staff meeting agendas and packets, set up new employees, coordinate subcontractors as needed, and assist with annual renewals of insurance, licenses, and continuing education.
  • Billing of services provided by Firm.
  • Supervising administrative team.
  • Assist with implementing Firm policies and procedures.
  • Working closely with partners on problem solving and decision making.

Requirements:

  • 5 years previous management/administrator role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field
  • In-person office setting
