Description: This position performs a full range of technical departmental assignments. The responsibilities require knowledge and utilization of technical methods and techniques to carry out Record Office functions. This position is responsible for coordinating approved prisoner transfers, data entry, file maintenance, and technical duties related to prisoner time computation. Completes forms and documents that report the results of audits, screening forms, and worksheets related to Community Residential Programs (CRP), parole and discharge releases. Coordinates writ releases, enters time reviews, and misconduct and forfeiture transactions to assure prisoner time computation procedures are accurately entered in a timely completion. Uses CMIS (Corrections Management Information System), LEIN (Law Enforcement Information Network), and OMNI (Offender Manager Network Information) to complete computer tasks. This employee receives indirect supervision and works with established methods, procedures, policies, laws , and oral and written instructions.
