Description:
- Maintain and update company websites (WordPress + cPanel) at both site and potentially server levels.
- Configure or maintain Search Engine Optimization (SEO), advertising strategies, and online marketing (mandatory).
- Act as a website and social media specialist, setting up and assisting users with various social media platforms.
- Assist with written content such as social media posts or B2B communications.
- Ensure compliance with commercial use terms by reviewing relevant legal documents (e.g., terms of use, copyright policies). Provide recommendations but defer legal uncertainties to a professional when necessary.
- Graphic design, UX design, and UI design experience is a plus.
- Server-level site management experience is a plus. Able to troubleshoot and create code to implement various solutions for automation, security, and website functionality as needed.
- Troubleshoot and maintain office technology, including computers, printers, IT infrastructure devices, and phones, ensuring smooth daily operations and HIPPA compliance.
- Provide training and assistance to office staff with hardware and software updates.
- Adapt to new challenges and assist with general tech and office tasks.
