What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face & voice of PCE: answering our multi-line phone system and greeting walk-ins
- Support the team: prepare documents in Word, Excel, Adobe, and more
- Keep us on track: handle filing, scanning, scheduling, and data entry•
- Manage: payables, receivables, billing & invoicing while keeping financial records organized
- Assist: with payroll and benefits
- Maintain supplies: so we never run out of the basics
- Be a go-to resource for project managers and engineers
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience as a trustworthy bookkeeper and office assistant (bonus if in construction/engineering)
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A clear communicator with solid writing and phone presence
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, professional environment - with a sense of humor intact
