What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly face & voice of PCE: answering our multi-line phone system and greeting walk-ins
  • Support the team: prepare documents in Word, Excel, Adobe, and more
  • Keep us on track: handle filing, scanning, scheduling, and data entry•
  • Manage: payables, receivables, billing & invoicing while keeping financial records organized
  • Assist: with payroll and benefits
  • Maintain supplies: so we never run out of the basics
  • Be a go-to resource for project managers and engineers

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience as a trustworthy bookkeeper and office assistant (bonus if in construction/engineering)
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A clear communicator with solid writing and phone presence
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, professional environment - with a sense of humor intact
