Summary: Under direction, the At-Risk Youth Worker – Shift Lead is a professional level position providing for the care, safety and security of the students, staff, residents, and visitors of the program. This position is responsible to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the program, oversee and evaluate the performance of At-Risk Youth Worker staff and oversee all aspects of shift operations either in the Day Treatment/Night Watch Program or the secure Juvenile Intervention Unit.
