Description:

You partner with the customer to identify solutions to their challenges and opportunities within the MAPAL product line
You present and demonstrate value added solutions coherently and completely
You coordinate and interact with MAPAL support teams to troubleshoot and solve customer challenges
You are the link between the customer and MAPAL to ensure delivery, performance, and design questions are handled promptly and resolved quickly
You instruct and train on the proper use and application of solutions provided
You identify and work to resolve customer issues and report findings
You are a valuable resource for the MAPAL sales team consisting of directly employee salespeople, independent manufacturers’ representatives (IMRs), and distributors
Your time will be typically allocated between the following major areas:
Assisting our customers at the customers’ manufacturing locations
Assisting our Sales Team with technical and applications questions
Responding to customer requests for information and assistance
Completing administrative tasks
You are responsible for all assigned product tests to include documentation and reporting of the results
