Self driven Maintenance Technician Rockstar who thrives on accomplishment and satisfaction of our Residents. If you are looking to feel empowered to really use your expertise, your skills, solve problems, then you will love our forward-focused company.
We know you are the key to taking out properties to the next level! We strive for safe, clean and well maintained properties with hands on management. You are the eyes and ears for these communities, and ensure that they are well run. Our goal is 24-48 hour or less response on all maintenance issues and your expertise and time management is key to our success.
What you Already have Achieved
Your past experience has made you well rounded in general repairs, plumbing, electrical and hvac service. You have exceled in customer service, and are able to effectively communicate with all aspects of a resident base. You have a proven track record in repair and maintenance.
What you Will Accomplish with Patriot REI
You will bring tremendous value to our residents and to our management staff. Effectively managing communities, acting as the face to face liaison with residents for our office. Crush goals of high occupancy, very short unit down time, manage move in and move out inspections and drive high satisfaction levels with our valued residents.
Skills including:
- General apartment repairs & maintenance
- Remodeling and upgrade projects
- Light HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work
- Carpentry and finish work
- Troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day maintenance issues
