Essential Functions
- An employee at this level is required to perform some or all of the following duties, which do not include all tasks to be performed:
- Provide support for the area of Provider Network Management
- Assist with data reporting, tracking, and monitoring
- Provide support for state level report submissions
- Provide support for Contract Monitoring Tools and Plans of Correction
- Monitor submission of information by Network Providers
- Maintain Provider Network Management Process Documents
- Disseminate general communications to Provider Network
- Provide support for External Quality Reviews and State Site Reviews
