Utilize the State of Michigan's GoingPro Talent Fund to train new or existing employees.  $54.8 Million has been approved for the GoingPro 2025 grant award cycle.  Prepare for the upcoming application process and learn more about how to successfully submit your business application.  St. Clair County businesses are encouraged to take advantage of this grant funding allocated to the state.  Businesses on the west side of the state typically apply for and are awarded thousands of dollars in grant training funds.  Let's do the same in St. Clair County!   

The Going PRO Talent Fund (Talent Fund) makes awards to employers to assist in training, developing and retaining current and newly hired employees.

The Talent Fund continues to play a vital role in Michigan's economic development by investing in the skills and talents of its workforce. This initiative helps employers enhance their employees' skills, ensuring they remain competitive in today’s fast-paced and evolving job market. By providing financial assistance for training, the Talent Fund addresses the critical need for skilled workers across various industries, contributing to the overall economic growth and prosperity of the state.

Macomb St. Clair Michigan Works! is the state partner in administering this grant.  Join one of their informational sessions offered every Tuesday at 9 AM from August 27 through October 8.
