EDA BUSINESS CENTER CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

The Economic Development Alliance will be accepting bids from General Contractors for the construction of an 12,988-square-foot two-story office building on a 1.7-acre parcel located on the St. Clair River, on the south side of the downtown in Port Huron, Michigan.

Bid documents are available on the MITN website at www.MITN.info.

Copies of bid documents obtained from any other source are not considered authorized copies. Only those vendors who obtain bid documents from www.MITN.info are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. Vendor is responsible for retrieving and downloading addendums that may have been issued. Questions are to be directed to Dan Casey, Chief Executive Officer of the Economic Development Alliance, via email at EDARFP@edascc.com.


Grant Opportunity Alert

The Economic Development Alliance is seeking applications from eligible projects to be undertaken by a non-profit organization based in St. Clair County, Michigan for its Economic Development Fund.  The Fund will invest in one project that advances tourism and provides cultural value to County Commissioner District 5 which encompasses the City of St. Clair, St. Clair Township, East China Township and parts of Kimball Township.  Up to $400,000 is available to support construction activities with a focus on economic impact to the region and job creation other than construction jobs.  Applications are due no later than May 18, 2022 at 5 pm.  Applications can be returned to the Economic Development Alliance office at 100 McMorran Boulevard, 4th Floor, Port Huron, MI 48060 or sent via email to Dan Casey at dcasey@edascc.com
