The SBDC Tech Team Manager will explain the mechanism and requirements to obtain funding from angel groups and venture funds. The presentation will focus on when it is appropriate to get funding from either one of these groups, what their expectations are with regards to documentation and how to structure a successful pitch deck. Further conversation will elaborate on issues relating to term sheets and what to avoid during presentations to financial partners.
