EDA Names Joseph McCulloch as New Vice President of Business Services Effective October 1, 2026

St. Clair County, Michigan – September 28, 2026  

The Economic Development Alliance of St. Clair County (EDA) is pleased to announce that Joseph McCulloch is returning to the organization as Vice President of Business Services. Mr. McCulloch starts on October 1, 2026.

A resident of Port Huron, Mr. McCulloch brings extensive experience in business development, business retention and expansion, workforce development, and connecting companies with state and local resources. Most recently, he served as Senior Business Development Manager with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), supporting businesses and communities throughout Macomb County.

“I’m incredibly excited to return to local economic development and have the opportunity to serve St. Clair County,” Mr. McCulloch said. “My wife and I have planted our roots here, raised our family here, and this is the community we call home. I’m looking forward to working alongside our businesses, communities, and partners to create more opportunities and help St. Clair County continue to prosper and thrive.”

Mr. McCulloch will oversee EDA’s business retention and expansion efforts and chair EDA’s St. Clair County Workforce Development Task Force. He will work directly with area employers to understand their needs, connect them with available resources, and support their continued success in St. Clair County.

Mr. McCulloch’s experience at the state and local levels will strengthen EDA’s efforts to provide responsive, results-driven assistance to area businesses. His work will also help advance collaboration among employers, communities, partners throughout the county.
