Description: The most essential function of this position is to assist the credit union members in experiencing the Advia advantage. This is accomplished by providing outstanding sales and service to both internal and external members as defined by our Mission and Vision as well as living and demonstrating the core values of the credit union; Act with Integrity, Drive Progress, Build & Strengthen Relationships and Keep People at the Core. The Regional Director is accountable for developing short- and long-term strategic planning goals for assigned area as well as directing all aspects of the operations of multiple branches to ensure effective and efficient operations, quality of member service, and compliance with existing regulations and policies. In addition, the Regional Director will also be responsible for managing performance of branch operations in relation to set goals, driving business development, and sales and service results. Another key area of this position is identifying and developing employees to exceed performance expectations and to become future leaders within the credit union.
