The Process Setup Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient setup of molds and the operation of various injection molding machines to ensure quality and safety. The role involves day-to-day technical support on the production floor, aimed at achieving process capability, reliability, and efficiency. This position collaborates with other departments, such as maintenance, automation, and quality, to drive continuous improvement and exceed daily KPI targets (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Labor & Costs). *Third Shift Position*
