Job Summary:
The A Prototype Control Scheduler is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining production schedules for prototypes and pre-production buildings, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource allocation. They coordinate activities across various manufacturing areas, collaborate with engineering and supply chain, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining detailed production schedules for prototype and pre-production builds, utilizing tools like MS Project or similar, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and customer commitments.
- Coordinating the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production demands and optimize efficiency.
- Working closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Tracking production progress, identifying potential bottlenecks, and generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery, resource utilization, and cycle time.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Ensuring all production activities adhere to safety guidelines, quality standards, and relevant regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree in related field preferred.
- At least 3 years’ related experience required.
