Landscape Foreman with CDL Class A

Wage: $20 - $35 an hour

Description:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This is not a full-time CDL driving position. The CDL is used for driving to projects with trees, equipment, etc and then you will be working while on-site as a foreman.
Oversee the installation of landscape features, including plants, trees, and hardscaping elements.
Maintain existing landscapes by performing regular maintenance, irrigation, and garden upkeep.
Encourage team members on proper landscaping techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
Manage the maintenance of tools and equipment used in landscaping operations.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
