We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The Finance Manger is the Chief Financial Officer of the company and member of the company Executive management team. The position is responsible for reporting on the financial activity of the company and has a fiduciary cash management responsibility with the purpose to assure the long-term viability and wellbeing of the company. This position also ensures that tax requirements are made. Additionally, the position also provides the management of other administrative departments. In short this positon assures that operational financial requirements are met. Supports the Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) and promotes a culture of Information Security, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety awareness. Participates in all Information Security, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety training, adheres to all ISMS, EMS, and OHSMS related policies/procedures, and promptly reports Information Security, Environmental, Health, and Safety incidents.
Duties
Primary Duties of Position:
- Assure that the books of the company accurately reflect of the activity of the company.
- Has the position of Vice President on the board of directors for the company.
- Responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting to Group on a periodic basis.
- Ensures that financial Planning and subsequent forecasts are reported as required.
- Manages Bank relationships and Bank accounts and manage the transfer of funds.
- Responsible for decisions on debt management.
- Responsible for Insurance and Risk management and assurance that coverage is maintained.
- Advise management and Operations on basic business practices.
- Acts as Liaison between Group and the Company when needed.
- Ensures that internal controls are in place to protect shareholder value.
- Coordinates with the internal audit department of AMG.
- Provides financial analysis and costing processes as needed.
- Oversees External Financial Audits.
- Trustee for 401K.
- Responsible for all financial systems.
- Manages cash to support operations.
- Assures tax information is provided as required For Federal taxes, State taxes, property tax, Use tax and others as needed.
- Approves purchase orders for large amounts.
- Oversees that Employee benefits are in place.

- 10 -15 years Accounting Finance experience. Usually obtained by working as an operational financial Controller.
