Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the escrow process from opening to closing
- Review and understand purchase agreements to determine escrow requirements
- Prepare escrow instructions and related documents
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate a smooth closing
- Conduct title research and resolve any title issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
