  • Income: Salary plus commission. Average earnings in the first year are over $140,000, average Marketing Representative income is over $375,000 (information based on 2025 calendar year national results).
    • Benefits: Medical insurance, Life/Disablity insurance, 401k, Pension, and additional bonus opportunities
  • Manage a protected territory (meaning the indivual hired would be the only person allowed to sell our products within the territory boarder)
  • Inherit a book of business with existing clients and identified top prospects
  • We are only looking to hire 1 person so the interview process will be competitive.
  • Required: 4 year BS or BA degree
  • We have excellent training, and do no require prior insurance experience
    • Sales experience preferred
