BTM Company is seeking CNC Machinists with recent hands-on machining experience.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of CNC machining, setup, or precision machining experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
This is not a general production or basic machine operator position.
We are looking for dependable, hands-on manufacturing professionals who enjoy precision work, problem-solving, and working in a modern machining environment.

What We’re Looking For
- Recent machining or CNC experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Experience with lathes, mills, grinders, EDM, boring mills, or similar equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience levels may range from:
- Entry-level machinists with approximately 2+ years of experience
- Mid-level setup/operators
- Highly skilled machinists with programming and advanced machining experience
