Description:
This position serves as a first-line supervisor with responsibility for coordinating and directing the work of subordinate personnel at a state-owned and/or operated bridge. This position, under general supervision, works within provided toll collection and revenue accounting policies and procedures and exercises considerable judgment to select proper courses of action. This position makes final determinations of toll classifications and is responsible for resolution of customer complaints and public inquiries.As a 24/7 operation, this position requires working various schedules which can include weekends and holidays as needed.The "Salary" listed above is a range that reflects the minimum rate through the maximum rate of the Bridge Services Supervisor 9 position.
