Administrative Assistant
Contractual Part Time, 20 hours Monday - Friday
Pay: Up to $20 per hour (no benefits)

Responsibilities (not inclusive):

  • Answering phones
  • Data entry utilizing multiple programs and/or databases
  • Scheduling & travel coordination for CEO
  • Coordination of board/committee administration
  • Drafting, proofing, and sending communications
  • Assist staff with clerical work and minor administrative support
  • Preparation/support of accounting needs
  • Support for events
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; some college desired
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to keep sensitive and confidential information inside of the office
  • Ability to work independently under the supervision of EDA CEO
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Well organized
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
