McBride-Manley & Company P.C. is a small but growing public accounting firm located in Marine City. We are looking for a dedicated person to greet clients and assist with general office tasks. Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills with a strong work ethic are characteristics we are looking for.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones
- Greeting clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office supplies
- Daily trips to Post Office
- Filing and scanning documents
- Maintaining e-file log for all tax filings
- Assisting with receiving and sending documents to clients
- Assisting front office team
