This webinar, presented by Julia Di Vito of Foley & Lardner, will cover the different types of bid protests (including pre-award protests, post-award protests, and corrective action protests), the forums in which a bid protest can be brought, and the timing for the different types of bid protests and the different forums. The webinar also will cover the types of procurement issues that can be challenged in a bid protest, and the potential remedies available if the protest is successful.
