The Michigan Restaurant and Lodging Association (MRLA) and the Michigan Small Business Development Center (MI-SBDC) are teaming up to bring you strategies on how to keep the cash flow flowing during the winter months of COVID-19. This informative, efficient, hands-on workshop will help give you a better understanding of the key components of cash flow, including those that you can control over the next six months and those that you can’t. Should you expand outdoor seating? Add a delivery service (your own or 3rd party)? Change your menu? Your hours? We’ll give you tools and ideas to help you evaluate these tactics and more. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with a local SBDC consultant in your area for free consultations about your specific business situation.
